Job Summary
This role drives marketing initiatives for our cybersecurity solutions, from concept to execution. It includes developing and implementing campaigns, conducting market research, creating compelling content, and strengthening Microgenesis’ position as a Center of Excellence in Cybersecurity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, or any business related courses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting basics.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive cybersecurity sales.
- Plan and execute quarterly cybersecurity events.
- Develop and distribute cybersecurity-related content for website and social media.
- Collect, analyze, and report on event data and other relevant metrics.
- Provide technical and licensing support to clients through various channels.
- Coordinate with clients to address concerns and issues.
- Gather product updates from partner distributors.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and provide updates to the marketing team.
- Develop and execute the annual cybersecurity marketing plan.
- Monitor partner portals for renewals and new purchases.
- Assist BDMs with Quarterly Business Planning (QBP).
- Analyze and report data to the Executive Office.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to meet those needs.
- Report to the Director of Marketing & Communications.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on various initiatives.
