Project Manager

This role is tasked with overseeing all assigned projects, monitoring their progress and completion, and ensuring that they meet the expectations of the clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven IT Project Management experience.
• Solid technical understanding of computer networks, security, data center infrastructure (servers, storage, facilities), and endpoint security.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in risk, cost, schedule, and task management.
• Fluency in English and Filipino.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, solve problems creatively, and thrive under pressure.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Provide resource availability and allocation.
• Formulate a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
