Job Summary
This role is responsible for generating sales revenue, expanding customer portfolio, and managing leads or opportunities and account management by building rapport.
Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, addressing their needs, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Aid the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quote proposals, processing client purchase orders, and preparing bidding documents.
- Identify potential customers through market research, prospecting, and lead generation activities, and pass qualified leads to the sales specialist.
- Stay up to date with the company’s products and services, understanding their features, benefits, and unique selling points to effectively communicate them to potential customers.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any order-related issues.
- Assist in generating sales reports and sales forecasts, encoding and updating all opportunities in the CRM systems, and submitting daily accomplishment reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, business managers, technical service department, project management department, sales operation, and logistics to ensure smooth sales operation and timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare materials and presentations for sales meetings, client presentations, and events to support the sales team’s efforts.
- Follow up with customers after sales to gather feedback after delivering items and rendering support services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall professional development.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.
