Job Summary
This role is responsible for spearheading sales initiatives by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing IT solutions that resonate with their business goals. The primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue and gross profit targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and software.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients in the target market segments.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and pain points and align IT solutions to address their specific needs.
- Present and demonstrate our company’s IT products and services to potential clients, both in person and virtually.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our IT solutions and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for clients based on their requirements.
- Collaborate with Pre-sales, Business Solutions Managers, Purchasing, Technical Service Department, and Technical Assistance Support Services teams to ensure proposals are feasible, realistic, and meet client expectations.
- Meet and exceed both soft targets and hard targets in revenue and profit goals set by the company.
- Regularly track and report sales performance metrics to the sales manager, branch manager, or leadership team.
- Encode and update all opportunities in the CRM systems
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the Project management office, Logistics, Sales Operation, Purchasing, Accounting, and technical service department teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with the company’s products and services, understanding their features, benefits, and unique selling points to effectively communicate them to potential customers.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall professional development.
