Job Summary:
This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and enterprise systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and enterprise systems.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Proxy, and hybrid environments.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server hardware/software issues.
- Manage IoT systems (UPS, biometrics, etc.).
- Document system configurations and implement automation for routine tasks.
- Provide technical recommendations for system security improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors for system issues and escalation.
- Conduct endpoint, server, and system vulnerability remediation with MXDR.
- Provide after-hours/weekend technical support for critical issues.
- Maintain 97% service desk resolution ratio.
Qualifications
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in any computer-related courses.
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience.
- Advance knowledge and skills in Microsoft apps/security, Linux, Active Directory, Storage, Back-ups, Cloud and VMware.
- Intermediate knowledge of maintaining power back-ups.
- Experience in configuring and maintaining different operating systems (Windows and Linux) roles and functions such as DHCP, DNS, AD, WSUS, Proxy, etc.
- Experience in configuring, securing, and maintaining application servers, storages (NetApp, Synology), and back-up (VEEAM).
- Microsoft Certified in Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
- Experience in administering Microsoft Cloud ecosystem such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, etc.
- Certification in network, security, and system administration.
- Experience in network subnetting, VLAN, inter-VLAN, STP, routing, security, and other network equipment commands and features.
