Telesales Representative

Full job description

Position Summary:

– To drive sales revenue through effective outbound calling and customer relationship management.

– To generate sales and foster customer loyalty by closing deals and building rapport over the phone

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiating and pre-qualifying prospects over the phone covering New, Dormant and Selected Existing Accounts, focusing on the following Business Unit (BU): Commercial Software Services & Training, IT Security (Sophos), Volume Sales, Devices & Rentals.
  • Use SPIN Selling technique to further understand customer requirements and close the sale.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and responses to products & after-sales service via CRM.
  • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products/solutions offers involving the identified Business Unit.
  • Answering customers’ questions on products/solutions/services offer.
  • Handle customer complaints and collaborate with internal department to fulfill client needs.
  • Meeting target quotas, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Create and update activity reports covering the number of calls, leads, customers, sales, and other pertinent information that are essential in monitoring sales progress.

-Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and complaints

Pay: Php19,000.00 – Php21,000.00 per month
