Position Summary:
– To drive sales revenue through effective outbound calling and customer relationship management.
– To generate sales and foster customer loyalty by closing deals and building rapport over the phone
Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiating and pre-qualifying prospects over the phone covering New, Dormant and Selected Existing Accounts, focusing on the following Business Unit (BU): Commercial Software Services & Training, IT Security (Sophos), Volume Sales, Devices & Rentals.
- Use SPIN Selling technique to further understand customer requirements and close the sale.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and responses to products & after-sales service via CRM.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products/solutions offers involving the identified Business Unit.
- Answering customers’ questions on products/solutions/services offer.
- Handle customer complaints and collaborate with internal department to fulfill client needs.
- Meeting target quotas, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Create and update activity reports covering the number of calls, leads, customers, sales, and other pertinent information that are essential in monitoring sales progress.

Pay: Php19,000.00 – Php21,000.00 per month
